Comfortable stay but cleanliness needs work

Stayed for 2 nights in a suite. The beds were super comfy, and I appreciate the full kitchen setup. The staff was friendly and helped out when I asked. But honestly, the cleanliness of the room was a letdown this time—found a dirty towel in the closet and some spider webs. Need to step up the cleaning game for my next visit.

The King Studio Suite offered ample space, featuring a cozy layout with a kitchen, living area, and comfortable bed that laid the foundation for a decent stay. Plus, having a separate sitting area added more comfort, making it easier to unwind after a long day.

The condition of the suite left much to be desired. the carpet was stained, and there were signs of wear like holes in the doors. Despite the advertised amenities, the pool was closed during our stay, and the supposed complimentary breakfast didn’t exist, leading to unexpected food costs. Additionally, rooms showed signs of neglect, with broken trimmings and inadequate housekeeping that didn’t meet expectations.

I had a great stay in a two-bedroom loft suite. It had a cozy fireplace and plenty of space for my family. The full kitchen was a plus for cooking meals. The outdoor pool was enjoyable, and the barbecue area was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable experience! 🌟
